Security Policy

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Technologies such as Firewalls, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters are used to protect all our electronic information.

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our 3rd party payment facilities provider for processing.

How Shopify handles security reports:

  • Shopify has incident management processes and provides documentation for merchants to report security or availability incidents, ask security/availability questions, and submit information about potential security or availability issues. Shopify also maintains incident response plans to detect, mitigate, investigate, and respond to potential security threats.

What to do now

  1. Document the issue clearly

     (what you found, where it happens, and the impact), so you can submit complete information.

  2. Use Shopify’s provided incident reporting documentation/process to report the security incident and submit the vulnerability details.
